Thai Tip is a straightforward, full-service Thai restaurant tucked along Wyoming Blvd NE in Albuquerque’s northeast side. This spot caters well to both longtime Thai food fans and those newer to the cuisine, offering an unpretentious atmosphere that feels more like a neighborhood favorite than a tourist draw.

The interior is clean and modest, with a focus on comfortable dining rather than trendy decor. It works well for casual lunches or relaxed dinners where the food takes center stage. Service carries a polite and attentive tone, contributing to the easygoing vibe without feeling rushed or overly formal.

Menu offerings include classics like egg rolls and fresh spring rolls served with housemade sweet and sour sauce, alongside stir-fries bursting with basil, chiles, and ginger — all paired with fluffy Jasmine rice. Those seeking vegetarian or vegan options will find thoughtful choices, making it a convenient stop for diverse diners. Fried rice varieties, including a teriyaki-infused take and pineapple fried rice with cashew nuts, add a familiar comfort-food element that resonates well with locals looking for satisfying, flavorful meals without fuss.

Patrons often recommend dropping by for dine-in instead of relying on delivery, noting that the food’s quality feels best enjoyed fresh at the restaurant. The modest setting and practical menu style suggest it’s a place to settle in for a straightforward, reliably tasty Thai experience rather than a special occasion spot. Midday to evening hours see a steady flow, often drawing neighborhood regulars and those in the area searching for solid, well-executed Thai dishes without any pretense.

Overall, Thai Tip fits comfortably as a dependable choice for those craving authentic, no-nonsense Thai food in Albuquerque’s northeast. It works well for solo meals, casual catch-ups, or small groups where the focus is on enjoying good flavors, honest portions, and a welcoming table.

Wow! This is such good Thai food! Great service from John too. This is honestly the best Thai food I’ve had in Albuquerque. Also, seems like most of the reviews that aren’t positive are from delivery. I can say my shrimp Thai noodles were really good.

9/16/25- Im not sure why I have not seen this place sooner. I will definitely eat at this restaurant again. The food was fantastic. There were lots of options for my vegetarian and vegan tendencies. Our food server was polite, professional, and attentive. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I will repeat, the food was fantastic! Review the photos including receipts for price and meal selections.
